Week 5

Day 3 – Leg Stuff

5×3 Parallel Box Squats – Worked up to 495lbs.
3×5 SSB Box Squats – I don’t remember the weight but I was wrecked by the end.

Day 4 – Events

I was on my own so I did stones…

3×1 380 lbs stone – really quite happy because the pick was quite easy.

Day 5 – Benching

3×10 Paused slingshot bench @ 265lbs
1×10 Paused bench @ 245
4×20 Planted BPAs

Week 6 – Day Uno

My plan went to hell because my crew was doing the turkey shit…

2×1 Farmer’s Deadlifts @ 750lbs – held it a bit longer in order to bring up my hand strength.
1×4 KK Block Pulls – 545, 595, 615, 635
1×1 Block Pull @ 675 – Considering my back was smoked this went up ok-ish.

What I learned today – Little Toupin ambushed me by recording my last pull and it is clear that I need to bring up my upper/middle back strength…
