Working closely with one of our expert coaches is a great option whether you’re an athlete or a total beginner. Whether you’re looking for sport-specific training and in-depth technical instruction, or are completely new to working out and need help getting started and staying motivated, 1-on-1 training at Epicentre is your best bet!

An initial consultation session is mandatory, during which we will discuss goals, health history, perform some basic tests and begin instruction (if time permits). Information gathered during the consultation will be used to prepare your training program and help us guide you toward your goals.

All sessions are 60 mins long, including the consultation. There are no additional gym fees on top of the session fee.

Training with a partner is a great way to stay motivated and have fun together! Whether you train with your spouse, family member, or friend, individual training programs will be prepared for each of you according to your goals. You’ll both get the extra coaching & attention you need, while sharing an hour of fun in each other’s company.
