SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Small Group Personal training sessions are a great way to access the coaching and individualized programming of personal training in a more budget-friendly format. We book a maximum of 4 clients to 1 trainer; each client has their own personal training program according to their goals. Groups sessions are held every day of the week at set times. We will do our best to fit you into the sessions which accommodate your schedule.

An initial consultation session is mandatory, during which we will discuss goals, health history, perform some basic tests and begin instruction (if time permits). Information gathered during the consultation will be used to prepare your training program and help us guide you toward your goals.

All sessions are 60 mins long, including the consultation. There are no additional gym fees on top of the session fee.
