NEW CLASS LAUNCHING SUMMER 2017!
Start your day off right! Be part of our 8 week Summer Squad on Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday mornings, 6:30-7:30am.
Work progressively from week to week learning new movements, building intensity and playing games in a fun & supportive environment. Each Summer Squad class will get you pumped with total body training split into outdoor training, HIIT training and strength training days.
After cranking it up, we’ll get you walking out on cloud nine with a dedicated cool down for improved mobility, flexibility and restoring balance.

2x per week (16 classes) @ $20/class
3x per week (24 classes) @ $15/class
